General Rules The Rules general include: No progressed flaming of other players. No flaming staff. No duping (if you can) No bug abuse. No begging. No Spamming. No Item scamming (It will make a difference soon) No Staff impersonation No Racism Sexual Harassment is prohibited No botting. And advertising a server in any other way or form is prohibited. So how does the Justice System work? Simple, If you are caught breaking a rule by a staff member or a player who presents evidence against you, (screenshots). Then you will have a charge saved in the system, the staff member that has charged you may decide on a current punishment for your actions, address a court date, or a punishment untill your court date. At court there will be the jury (Either other staff or players on jury duty) and the judge (usually consisting of a higher staff authority.) Will listen to your side of the story, and the victims side. You both may present evidence defending yourselves or may have a representative (think of that as a lawyer). The jury will then decide if you are guilty or not and the judge will decide what is believed as an appropriate consequence for your actions. If you fail to appear to court, once...twice... That's okay, we understand you may not be able to make it every time, and we are willing to compromise a date that works better for you, but if you fail to appear 3 times, more charges are built up which results in more court, or punishments on the spot (and they're not usually pretty).
