Okay it's not hard, you came from a server, you know people who play, even if you don't it's not hard.
If you have friends who you know play, recommend them this server.
Recruiting from another server;
This is an easy process, log onto a server, check your friend list for anyone you know is dedicated and would be willing to try a new server, then recommend them dark-kaoz,
Go to rockcrabs (or low level hunting area) find a low level character, ask them if they're new to the sever, if they are, recommend this server, use things like "interested in playing a new server, that has a quickly growing character base, with friendly staff who will listen to you." pulls in new players, because they've just started a new server and most of the time the mods/admins in that server are not so friendly, so the staff thing will pick up a lot people, then just cox them into the server however you please, (don't lie about the server).
It's simple, get people, the server grows, the better you look because of the early start.
